All international addresses will be shipped via a trusted shipping company like DHL, MAS Cargo or Pos Malaysia. Clients may select them once they place an order with us or otherwise specify their own freight forwarding company. Actual shipping costs for international orders will be calculated upon processing. For accurate shipping charges, please visit the DHL.com, MasKargo.com.my or Pos.com.my website. Please note that additional charges may be incurred for Customs. Our priority is to ship the goods in a timely manner as we never like to keep you waiting.
Your delivery will be secured
We will provide you with an email notification as soon as the goods have been shipped, allowing you to track the progress of your delivery. If the online tracking states that your parcel has been ‘delivered’ but you still haven’t received it yet, please check with your local cargo warehouse first or contact us immediately for assistance. In the process of shipment we will take photos that we can send you for evidence.
What if something goes wrong?

If delivery seems slow it might be possible that your goods are being shipped at peak times or during public holidays which you have to consider. Some remote locations can take longer for standard delivery. Also there could be a delay for customs clearing when crossing the border into your country (i.e. Port or Airport).
If your goods should arrive damaged we will replace them as soon as possible. We may request some photos of the damage to allow us to claim compensation from the freight company or from your insurance provider.
Refund and Cancellation
An order cannot be cancelled once it has been made. Should refund is required we will minus out the shipping fees and transaction charges by PayPal. That means we will refund you the price of the honey only.
